New Build Near Witney

We are excited to share one of our standout projects completed earlier this year near Witney. We waited for the garden to recover and for the sun to shine before capturing and posting these stunning pictures.

This project involved the demolition of an old 70s bungalow and the construction of a new, spacious family home in its place. The design of the new house maximizes the beautiful views to the front with the installation of large windows, bringing in ample natural light and creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape.

To enhance the home's energy efficiency, we installed solar panels and batteries. This sustainable energy solution helps meet some of the home's energy demands, particularly for the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), contributing to a more eco-friendly and cost-effective living environment.

The house was completed to an exceptionally high standard, thanks to the dedication and expertise of the excellent tradespeople involved in the project. Every detail, from the structural elements to the finishing touches, reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
